What this covers

Setpra is a workspace for songs, the key each singer uses, the team, and sets. This page says what is stored and who can see it.

Your account

When you register, Setpra stores your name, email, password, and an optional photo. The password is kept by the sign-in service and is not shown back to you. You can change your photo, name, and password in account settings. Email stays the address you registered with and cannot be changed. Those details stay with you across workspaces.

What you put in a workspace

A workspace holds the songs, team, and sets you add, plus a name, optional description, and optional photo. A song can include a title, original key, artist, genre, language, tags, tempo, duration, cover, and links. A person on the team can include a name, Active or Idle status, portrait, note, and a singer or musician tag. An assignment stores the key that singer uses, a note, and links. A set stores a name, optional dates, a description, a cover, the songs in order, and the team members assigned to that set.

People in the workspace can see that material according to their role. Members can view it. Editors and the owner can change it. The owner administers invites and roles.

Shared set links

A set can have a link. Anyone with that link can open that set without an account. The page shows the set name, dates, description, cover, and the team assigned to that set, plus each song on it: title, artist, genre, original key, tempo, duration, tags, language, cover, and the lead singer when one is set. It does not show notes or the rest of the workspace.

Images

Covers and portraits you upload, or that Setpra fetches from a URL you paste, are stored for that workspace. Account photos stay with your account. Workspace photos are shown to people in that workspace, including when you switch workspaces. They are not public on their own. They appear on a shared set only when that set includes them.

Subscriptions

When the owner subscribes through the App Store, Setpra stores that they are subscribed, the product, and the App Store identifiers needed to keep access in sync. Editors and members do not have a subscription of their own. Their access follows the owner.

Invites

The owner creates an invite for one email and copies the link. Setpra does not email it. The link carries the workspace name, the role, and the email it was made for.

Cookies

A cookie keeps you signed in. Setpra does not run advertising or a separate analytics product.

Selling data

Setpra does not sell this information.
